I have been taking shedables for almost 2 weeks and I honestly feel better. I don’t weigh ever but my clothes feel more comfortable around my stomach and my appetite has changed. I will definitely be ordering again.

I had heard great things about these supplements and lots of positive results on social media. The sachets are easily dissolved into drinks and didn't leave any nasty aftertaste, which made them simple to take. After my first 3 sachets, I did have a bit of an upset stomach but I didn't notice any other side effects after this.
However, after taking the sachets once a day every day, I can't say I've noticed any of the benefits the product states. I do exercise regularly and tend not to overindulge so I'm unsure whether the lack of weight loss might be because of increasing muscle mass.
In terms of managing cravings, which was my main goal, I was disappointed to find no improvement and on a few of the days I found myself craving more food than usual.
This is a great idea for a product but it wasn't effective for me, sadly.
What an amazing product! Been taking for 10 days and can already see results. The numbers on the scales are going down and my jeans are a little bit baggy.
So far so good!! They take my focus off thinking I need to eat all the time and snacking is pretty much gone as the ‘food noise’ has disappeared.
